We are open Tuesday-Friday 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Thursday includes Afro Beats Cardio at 5am, 7:15am, and 6pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Yes! The Edgy Girl Saturday Walk is completely free and open to all women. We meet at 8am at Eagles Landing and walk to the studio.
